1) Are all of your products gluten-free?

Yes, everything on the menu is free from wheat, barley, rye and oats. We do use gluten free oats in some of our products, so if you have an allergy, please let us know and we can make some alterations.

Feel free to check out our online shop here!

2) Are all of your products dairy free/vegan?

Around 90% of our products can be made dairy free/egg free or suitable for vegan diets, as well as gluten free. Check out the products on our online shop

3) Is your kitchen safe from cross-contamination?

Yes. As the owner Chrissie is a diagnosed coeliac, she only stocks gluten-free products in the kitchen. At times upon request, cakes are decorated with "may contain" products and this is always handled outside of the kitchen with gloves, when the cake is already placed in it's box.

4) What ingredients do you use in your products?

We use a flour blend consiting of maize flour, rice flour, tapioca starch, potato starch and xanthum gum as a stabiliser. For our crumble toppings we create our own using gluten-free oats. Our cake decoration ingredients (sprinkles, edible pearls etc) are all free from wheat starch also. For vegan products we use an egg replacer, and we make our own caramel but this does contain nuts!

5) Can I order something for today or tomorrow?

We require 72 hours notice for all orders, also our delivery dates are Thursdays, Fridays & Saturdays. If you'd prefer a collection, please contact us and we'll do our best to make arrangements for you.

6) Do you have a shop I can visit?

We're a home-based bakery operating fully online so sadly we don't have a shop. We hand deliver products to your door and we can offer collections (enquiry basis only) from our premises in Glasgow when you purchase online!

5) I'm looking for a birthday cake but I don't need it gluten free, do you make normal cakes too?

To keep the kitchen free from cross contamination, we only make cakes using ingredients that are free from gluten.

We have had many customers ordering our cakes, despite them being gluten free, and have not noticed the difference! Check out our Facebook reviews to see some of our customer feedback.

6) I need a birthday cake for Monday, can you deliver then?

We deliver on Saturdays and bake cakes fresh that morning, so a lot of our birthday cake will last 3 days in its box, or 5 days in the fridge (if fresh fruits/fresh cream is used, its best kept in the fridge for 3 days maximum).

7) I can't access your online shop because my postcode is too far away, but I want to collect and view your menu and price list. Can you help?

You can type in our shop postcode G72 9JH to access the online shop and view our full menu and prices. When you've found something you like, get in touch with us here to arrange a collection on Thursdays-Saturdays.
